Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix

Red, White And Blueberry Muffins
1, 16.5 oz package Krusteaz Wild Blueberry Muffin
Mix (1 pouch mix and 1 can blueberries)
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/3 cup raspberry preserves
3 oz cream cheese, softened
Preheat oven to 400°F. In medium bowl, blend together muffin mix, water, oil and egg. Drain blueberries (enclosed). Rinse in cold water. Gently fold in drained blueberries. Spoon about 1/4 cup batter into lightly greased or paper lined muffin cups. Place 1 teaspoon cream cheese and 1 teaspoon raspberry preserves in center of each muffin. Spoon remaining batter, about 1/4 cup for each muffin, over cream cheese and raspberry preserves. Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 10 muffins.
