Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix
Blueberry Praline Muffins
Muffins: 1, 16.5 oz package (2 1/4 cups) Krusteaz Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix 1 egg 1/2 cup milk 1 can blueberries, drained and rinsed (enclosed) Praline Topping: 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons finely chopped pecans 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, cold Preheat oven to 400ºF. For Muffins: In medium bowl, blend together Krusteaz Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix, egg and milk. Fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into lightly greased muffin pan, filling 2/3 full. For Praline Topping: In small bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, brown sugar and pecans. Cut in butter with fork or pastry blender until mixture resembles size of small peas. Sprinkle praline mixture evenly over batter. Bake 18-20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
