APRICOT DELIGHT MUFFINS
Prepare one, 17 oz package (3 1/4 cups)
Krusteaz Lemon Poppyseed Muffin Mix as directed, substituting apricot nectar for the water and adding 3/4 cup diced, dried apricots. Bake as directed. In small bowl, blend together 3/4 cup powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon apricot nectar until smooth. Drizzle over cooled muffins.
