DOUBLE CHOCOLATE NUT COOKIES
1, 20 oz package
Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Muffin Mix1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 egg
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place all ingredients in medium bowl. Stir together until dough forms. Using 2 tablespoons dough for each cookie, shape into balls. Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12–14 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and transfer to wire rack.
Makes 18, 3-inch cookies.
