HOT APPLE BUTTER RUM
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
2 1/4 cups (1 lb) dark brown sugar
32 oz vanilla ice cream, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
20 pouches Alpine Original Spiced Cider Mix
Rum
In large bowl, prepare hot apple butter rum mixture by blending together butter, brown sugar, ice cream and nutmeg. Place in freezer until ready to use. For each serving, empty contents of one pouch Alpine Original Spiced Cider Mix into a mug. Add 1 cup hot water. Stir quickly to dissolve. Add 1 scoop hot apple butter rum mixture and 1 shot (1 oz) of rum.
Makes 20 servings.
